Well if the 2020 stats are any indication, the year 2021 will be a GREAT year for real estate. Houses sold faster, for more money in Lexington this year than back in the normal years before 2020. The things you need to know are that just because the market is hot, doesn't make selling, or buying any easier. In fact I would argue its harder than ever to complete a transaction today, so hiring an experienced agent to work on you behalf is more important now than ever.
It's time to review your real estate needs. Do you have equity? Probably. Need something bigger? Smaller? Perhaps its time to reconsioder your home school space and/or working from home options like me? Well I know a guy. Give me a call and we can determine what is right for you.
